We grew the best flax, spun the finest thread, and wove linen as soft as gossamer. The flax spinners and linen weavers of Arras were world renowned. Until our wheels, spindles, and distaffs were confiscated and we were driven from the kingdom.

I truly believe that crafting of any kind is beneficial to our mental health and enriches our lives. I know it has done that for me, and I think my skills as an instructional designer can help me teach it to you with a project based approach to learning the building blocks of crochet.

This course will address as many learning styles as possible. So each module with have:

• written instructions

• accompanying video or photos

• and an exercise

The modules that include stitches will also include a choice of projects designed to help you practice those skills.
